Having worked as a Senior Administrator for a large income tax group for 7 years, Kerry decided it was time for a less stressful occupation and commenced working in the Real Estate Industry as a Receptionist in 1988. As Kerry’s expertise in areas of Administration and Account Management became evident she progressively became more involved with sales administration, relief property management, trust account management and general book-keeping. Kerry also became involved with the development, training and support of GeeDee Realty Systems. This then led to a position within Central TAFE as a regular trainer and lecturer in Computer Accounting for the Real Estate Industry. As a Trust Manager Specialist and Operations Manager, Kerry has been instrumental in implementing the Systems and Procedures for several real estate offices of varying portfolio sizes, the smallest being less than 20 properties and the largest in excess of 1000 properties.
